Adventure Boat Tours & Watersports offers 2-Hour tours or longer on "The Queen of American Lakes". Options include - Sightseeing tours of mansions, islands and bays. learning the history of Lake George, swimming, tubing, cliff jumping, picnics, fireworks cruises and dock and dine at your favorite restaurants. We cater to private tours or group tours including but not limited to, weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, work parties, engagement parties, team building and grad parties. **Tubing may not be an option if the number of passengers is near maximum. Due to added weight. The performance of the boat and motor are greatly reduced. Call to discuss options if this is an issue.
2-Hours - $475.00
Boat 1 has room for up to 10 guests and Boat 2 has room for up to 8 guests. A 2-hour sightseeing tour or Tubing session has time for a dip in the lake depending on the number of people and usage of time
4-Hours - $900.00
Boat 1 has room for up to 10 guests. Boat 2 has room for up to 8 guests. This tour gives the right amount of time to really take in the lake. See what most don't; explore islands, bays, relax, swim or whatever else you have in mind.
3-Hours - $700.00
Boat 1 has room for up to 10 guests and Boat 2 has room for up to 8 guests. This tour is great for sightseeing, tubing, swimming and a cliff-jump if you are up for it. All activities are dependent on the number of people on board and your use of time.
RATES:
Although our boats are rated for more, N.Y.S. sets the limits for our occupancy. Life jackets are provided. Bring your own food, beverages, ice and a small cooler. Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed for people 21 and older. We will provide an additional cooler at no charge. All prices include all safety equipment, towables, fuel and tax. All of our captains are N.Y.S. licensed, have a vast experience in boating, are very familiar with the lake and it's history and have as much of a love for our lake as you will. Tipping your captain is of course at your discretion but is customary and all tips are appreciated.
**Tubing may be limited if you have a full boat due to extra weight. The performance of the boat and the motor is greatly reduced with too much added weight. Please call to discuss options.
When booking, Boat 1 is located at Surfside on the Lake located at 400 Canada St. Lake George, NY 12845. Boat 2 is for off-site pick-ups only and needs to be pre-arranged. If staying at the Lake Motel and you book through them, you will want to book boat 2.

Fireworks and Twilight Cruises
Fireworks are every Thursday in July and August, holidays and special events in the village. They are usually launched from a barge on the lake. Tours are usually 2 hours from 8:30 to 10:30pm but are subject to change. Sunset tours are available upon special request as well.

Adventure Boat Tours & Watersports is located at Surfside on the Lake (Boat 1) and The Lake Motel (Boat 2). Sorry but due to limited parking reserved only for hotel guests, metered parking is available on Canada Street. Download the ParkMobile App prior to arriving. There is also parking available on side streets. Please do not park in the hotel lots. You may drive in to drop off passengers and belongings only. Vehicles not affiliated with the hotel may be towed at the owner's expense and is beyond our control. There are no public bathrooms available so please plan accordingly. The sky’s the limit in terms of creating your adventure on the "Queen of American Lakes". Our knowledgeable and experienced captains are eager to make your trip a memorable one. We work 7 days a week : 8am-6pm, but you can send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. There are many great restaurants and bars along the lake. If you want an afternoon, happy hour or an evening of waterfront restaurant / bar hopping, call us and we can set it up for your whole group and get you back to the village in time to see the bands in the park or one of the other spots. Leave the driving to us!!
Due to the short season, to maximize our schedule and availability of reservations, all tours will be reviewed and may need to be adjusted regarding start times upon agreement of the customer and Adventure Boat Tours. One-hour tours may also be booked by calling but again are subject to availability within the calendar. We do have good relationships with other boat tours on the lake so if you have a large party and need a larger boat (No Shoes Cruises can accomodate up to 14) or several other boats to join us, that can certainly be arranged. If we do not have availability we can also refer you to one of the other great tour companies. If you have boating experience and would like to rent a boat on your own or you are looking for a fishing charter we can also refer you to one of those as well. All of our boats are fully equipped with necessary safety equipment. We are NYS licensed, inspected and fully insured. All of our Captains are N.Y.S. licensed as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY & OTHER FAQ'S
Cancellation Policy: Only Adventure Boat Tours can cancel a reservation due to bad weather. Due to the geography of the lake and the surrounding mountains, some of the best days occur when the weatherman predicts otherwise. We will wait up until your reserved time to make this decision but will make a determination as soon as possible. Should Adventure Boat Tours cancel for any reason, we will offer you the option of re-scheduling or issue a full refund. If you cancel a reservation for any reason, you will be refunded 100% of your payment less a 10% processing fee if we are contacted 48 hours or more in advance of your scheduled tour. No shows, or reservations cancelled less than 48 hours will be charged the full tour rate booked.
Tubing: Please note there is a 250lb. weight limit for tubing. If the number of passengers on the boat is at the maximum, tubing may not be an option due to the added weight. The performance of the boats and the motor is greatly reduced with the higher load.
Pets: Sorry. Although we do love animals, pets are not allowed. Certified service dogs are allowed with documentation. This does not include emotional support animals. Small, hand held dogs may be allowed with prior approval.
Reservations: We run on a fixed reservation schedule. It is important for you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time. If you are late, we CANNOT make up the time out on the water as we have to be back to pick up the next group. There are no partial refunds for lost time.

What time should we arrive for our reservation? Please arrive at LEAST 30 minutes prior to your reservation start time. Download the ParkMobile App prior to arriving.
Can we have a picnic on an island? Lake George has many islands and some are available for day use/picnics. Let us know if you are interested in this and we can assist you with reserving a site. You will need to bring charcoal, lighter fluid and aluminum foil.
What should we bring? Although we provide a small cooler, you should bring your own as well as any food, beverages, ice, snacks and paper goods. Sunscreen, swimsuits, proper clothing for weather, sunglasses and anything else you'd like to bring.
What is included with my tour? An adventure on Lake George. The lake is 32 miles long, due to time constraints we spend most of the time on the southern portion. Depending on your time reserved, we will tour the lake, provide history, go tubing, swimming, cliff jumping, etc. Feel free to call with custom requests.
What if we want to extend our time? Due to the popularity of touring Lake George, we do book quickly but we'll be glad to extend if time allows.
Who can go tubing? Just about anyone, 4 years old with adult or grandma and grandpa. We can go as fast or slow as you want. You're in charge. Please note there is a 250lb. weight limit for tubing.
What is the average length of a tour? We run 1-hour tours to 4-hour tours. 2 & 3 hours are most popular, but 4-hours gives you the full effect of being on Lake George. Longer tours can be arranged by phone.
What are the age requirements? We have no minimum age requirements, infants to 100+. We do have life jackets for those less than 20lbs, but feel free to bring your own.
Can you pick-up and/or drop off at any location on the lake? Our departure and return location is at the Shore Meadows Lodge at 22 Lake Ave. in Lake George, NY (village) or at the Water's Edge Lodge at 3654 Lake Shore Dr. Lake George, NY (Diamond Point). We can make arrangements to pick-up and drop off at other locations so long as they have a dock and are willing to allow it. This may affect your reservation time and incur an additional expense. Call us for more details.
Are there bathrooms at the dock? Sorry, we are not affiliated with either hotel. There are no bathrooms at the dock. Try to plan accordingly.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Should I tip the Captain? Tipping the captain is customary and greatly appreciated but at your discretion. It's a short season for our captains' and they work hard to ensure your safety and fun.
